Ben Hutton and Brayden McNabb struck in the third period as the Vegas Golden Knights rallied past the Columbus Blue Jackets for a 3–2 victory Saturday night, continuing a dominant stretch away from home.

Vegas improved to six wins in its last seven games, collecting nine of a possible 10 points on its five-game road trip and remaining unbeaten in regulation this month.

Pavel Dorofeyev also scored for the Golden Knights, while Mitch Marner set up three goals. Goaltender Carter Hart turned aside 26 shots to anchor the win.

Columbus got goals from Charlie Coyle and Yegor Chinakhov, but the Blue Jackets dropped their fifth straight contest. Jet Greaves finished with 22 saves.

Coyle opened the scoring midway through the first period, snapping a wrist shot past Hart from the right circle. Vegas answered early in the second when Dorofeyev converted on the power play, extending his point streak to three games.

Chinakhov briefly restored the Blue Jackets’ lead early in the third, scoring his first goal in 19 games. The advantage didn’t last long, however, as Hutton tied it just over a minute later with a shot from the high slot.

McNabb delivered the decisive goal with 6:47 remaining, sneaking a sharp-angle shot past Greaves from the goal line. Columbus had a late opportunity after McNabb took a four-minute high-sticking penalty, but the Golden Knights’ defense held firm.
